Budget for the $50 search fee for recurring nanny placements, plus the monthly placement fee. For one-time jobs, there is no $50 recurring search fee, but an additional per-request search fee applies.

Hourly or Flat Charges for Nannies
Once a placement is made, families pay the nanny directly. For long‑term or short‑term positions, the rate ranges from $22 to $24 per hour for one or two children and $24 to $26 per hour for three or four children. Jobs of two hours or less may be charged a flat fee of $50. When overnight care is required, families pay $75 per night plus the applicable hourly rates when the children are awake. These fees are similar to the babysitting overnight rates but reflect the added responsibilities of a nanny.
Overnight and Special Event Nanny Care
Families sometimes need overnight help for work trips, big projects, or time away. Peak City Sitters uses the same placement fees for overnight nanny care as regular care. The overnight fee is $75 per night, and you also pay the nanny’s hourly rate for any hours the children are awake. For example, if your child is awake for an hour after bedtime, you pay the nightly fee plus the hourly rate for that awake time.
Special events like weddings, reunions, conferences, or family gatherings also have set pricing. Families pay $120 for one or two caregivers when they provide their own entertainment, or $175 when Peak City Sitters brings activities. If a family needs more than two caregivers, each extra nanny is $35. Event hourly nanny rates follow the nanny schedule: $22–$24 per hour for one or two children and $24–$26 per hour for three or four children.
Out-of-town visitors can book nanny care as well. The fee is $45 for a day or night with one nanny, plus $18 for each extra day or extra nanny needed. The hourly nanny rates for out-of-town care match the standard nanny rates. This gives families clear, simple pricing for short stays, travel needs, and special events.
